"Alison is a true professional! She advised me to paint, replace all flooring and change out all light fixtures. I listened to all the things she advised and I was blown away that she was able to sell for 15k over listing price!!!! AMAZING! I loved working with her because she had so many contacts to fix up on my condo. Would advise anyone to work with her if you are looking to sell!!"

"Being an out of state buyer I was not sure what to expect as far as service and communication. Alison helped out tremendously with communication between current owners, title escrow and myself. She went the extra mile hooked me up with a lockbox, sent me multiple additional pictures of the place. Verbally told me and sent pictures of anything that needed attention. She gave me contacts for service people and lenders, was extremely communitive the whole entire time. Alison responds to emails, texts, phone calls pretty much constantly even when she is away and evening. Very impressed!!! Alison deserves a 10 STAR"
